82年于浙江大学测试技术专业获学士学位、88年、96年分别于北航电工电子中心和机器人所获硕士和博士学位。
工作经历
82–85,安徽光电技术研究所助理工程师;88–92,浙江大学光电系讲师;96–98,北航计算机科学与技术博士后站博士后;98–04,新加坡制造 技术研究院Research Fellow;04–现在,北航电工电子中心副教授、教授(07年晋升)、博士生导师(08年晋升),电工电子中心副主任(08年1月起任)。

机器人的智能检测和智能运动控制、机器人视觉、自主移动机器人控制、仿生机器人、康复机器人、高精密运动机械设计与控制、柔性机构设计与控制、纳米装备制造、可重构与自重构机器人、嵌入式系统应用研究及开发、先进伺服和数控技术开发、计算机测控技术等。
